Admission Criteria

Enrollment is open to students in preschool through 8th grade. Entrance tests are given to students entering grades K-8th. Following the completion of the registration packet, students are tested and parents have the opportunity to meet with the principal. Official acceptance is made when all admission procedures have been completed. A student is placed on a class list at that time.

The Campus

Chino Valley Christian Schools is blessed to be on a new beautiful campus located on an easily accessible 9-acre site in the Chino Valley. The school offers a strong academic environment and a variety of very challenging extra-curricular activities to fully develop the potential of each individual child. Increasing enrollment led the school to envision a new campus-building project. There is excitement, joy and a thrill of anticipation as the new campus is being developed.

Dreams come in phases. The first phase was completed in August 2004 to meet the existing facility needs of all our programs. The building project entered Phase 2 in September 2004.

At the completion of all four phases, the school will provide over 50,000 square feet of space to accommodate the best learning environment for children in all of our academic programs: Preschool, Elementary, and Junior High.

Eventually, the campus will provide a total of 50 classrooms that will also include a Computer Lab, Library/Media Center, Performing Arts Center, Bookstore, Multi-Purpose Building, Administration Building and a variety of athletic facilities.

Chino Valley Christian Schools desires to build a facility that will reflect our educational philosophy, mission, and goals and to provide excellence in Christ-centered education.

Faculty

Each of the faculty of CVCS is dedicated to living a Christian life. All teachers are called upon daily to share their faith both in example and in word. Educationally, each faculty member is required to meet the high standards of professionalism set by the school board.

Faculty members are required to pursue professional growth through seminars, workshops, in-services, and classes. Many of our administrators have shared their professional expertise with others at conferences, conventions and regional churches.
